Register now for our upcoming fitness class series with Spirit Club! This will be a private interactive class and we look forward to building a community together. The format of class will be very special as all participants will be invited to keep their cameras and microphones on so they can chat with the trainer and their peers.
Exercise class will be different each week and will include yoga, Zumba, boxing, cardio fitness, balance & flexibility, and strength training. All classes will offer multiple trainers leading variations of exercises so people can do them seated or standing.
Following the 60 minute exercise class, participants will have the opportunity to stay on Zoom for 30 minutes to chat and catch up with their friends. Different discussion topics will be offered each week.
