Moshé Pinchas Feldenkrais, a Ukrainian – Israeli Engineer, founded the Feldenkrais Method. He based specific movements on principles of physics and biomechanics. The Feldenkrais Method can increase your range of motion, improve your flexibility, and improve your coordination.
