Are you ready to improve your swimming technique in 2023? Wish you could swim more efficiently and confidently? Want to learn new strokes? Join Lisa for eight one-hour sessions of guided, personal instruction in a small group setting at the pool.

Each session will be structured to permit engagement, instruction, and time to practice newly-acquired skills. While focused on crawl techniques, we encourage students to provide details for skills they are looking to build and grow.

Meet and Greet: Monday, February 13, 1:15-1:45 PM
Class: Mondays and Wednesdays, February 13, 15, 22, and 27; March 1, 6, 8, and 13; 2:00-3:00 PM

Cost:
Full Session (8 classes): $40 senior members / $60 senior non-members
1 class drop-in: $15 members / $20 non-members
