Adult Swim Strokes with Lisa Wishman

Want to swim more efficiently and confidently? Want to learn new strokes?
Join instructor Lisa Wishman for eight one-hour sessions of guided, personal instruction in a small group setting in the pool.
Each session will be structured to permit engagement, instruction, and time to practice newly-acquired skills.
